Your driver will be at whichever terminal your flight arrives at or departs from. If you are not sure which terminal, let us know your airline and flight number and we will check for you. The North and South terminals are separate buildings connected by a shuttle train.
How do I get between Gatwick terminals?
A free shuttle train runs between the North and South terminals every few minutes. The journey takes about two minutes. If you land at one terminal and your driver is meeting you at the other, we will always confirm the correct meeting point before your flight.
What are the parking charges at Gatwick?
If you choose meet and greet, your driver uses the short stay car park. Parking fees vary by terminal and time of day and are charged at cost on top of your base fare. The exact amount is confirmed in your quote before you book. If you prefer curbside pickup, no parking charge applies.
Do you cover late night and early morning flights?
