Passenger Reward Policy

1. Introduction

JILIT Limited offers Cashback Points for completed trips. These points can be redeemed on future bookings.

2. Eligibility

All passengers completing a trip with JILIT Limited are eligible.

3. Earning Cashback Points

  • Points are earned based on a percentage of the fare.
  • The percentage will be disclosed at booking.
  • Points are added after successful payment.

4. Redemption of Cashback Points

  • Points can reduce future fare costs.
  • Redemption rate is defined by JILIT (e.g., 1 point = £0.01).
  • Minimum balance may be required.

5. Conditions & Limitations

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Cannot be earned/redeemed on cancelled trips.
  • May expire as per policy updates.

6. Changes to the Policy

JILIT may update this policy. Continued use signifies agreement to changes.

Corporate Client Reward Policy

1. Introduction

Corporate clients earn points on invoice payments which can be used to reduce future payments.

2. Eligibility

Only clients with an active signed contract are eligible.

3. Earning Cashback Points

  • Earn based on monthly invoice value.
  • Credited post full invoice payment.

4. Redemption of Cashback Points

  • Reduces next invoice amount.
  • Redemption rate & rules in contract.

5. Contractual Terms

All terms regarding Cashback Points are documented in the service agreement.

6. Conditions & Limitations

  • Points are account-bound and non-cashable.
  • Discrepancies must be reported in 14 days.
